Yvette & I have known each other since we were 6. My daughter’s age. And we are still friends. Whaaat? Crazy. She & her husband are the dream team behind LolaLorena and Illustrated Weddings AND Scriptionery! If you need graphic design or invitations or scripture related gifts, they have got you covered. We always have fun together (& often get reprimanded for it). This time the side eye came from her daughter, saying she was embarrassing her. Probably not the first time & certainly not the last, Lola. That’s what parents are for, right? We had fun walking around Bishop Arts & taking in all the sights & sounds. It’s one of my favorite areas of Dallas. Looking forward to the next time!
Beautiful baby Emilia decided she wanted to spend Christmas on the outside. She surprised her parents & came very early. I was able to see her after she left the NICU, when she was already a month old. The headband she wore was made by one of her mommy’s friends at her baby shower. She is pretty and petite and one of the greatest gifts her parents have received.
This is one of my favorite families! They are long time friends and so easy to photograph. The light at Winfrey Point this evening was just the best. SO thankful when I can preserve memories for others. We have Christmas cards from them from the last several years and it’s so fun to look back on the photos & see how they’ve grown. Not babies anymore! Beautiful family.
These kids could not be cuter. Those curls! That smile! They made this session in front of the Winspear so fun.
Laughing all the way!
